Your email address, display name and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), the upload schedule and notes you create, your streak history, reminder preferences, support messages and community chat messages.
Only to run the service: syncing your planner across devices, sending the reminders you switch on, answering your support messages and moderating the community chat. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your planner, notes and support conversation are private to you and the owner of UploadFlow AI. In the community chat other members see only your display name, avatar and the messages you post — never your email address.
We store a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.
You can change your display name and reminder settings at any time in Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing arxc313@gmail.com. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
